Our property is located in the heart of the Périgord Noir (temple of gastronomy and tourism), barely 10 minutes north of Sarlat, in the countryside, in a small hyper calm and green hamlet (walnut trees, meadows, forests, paths hiking ...), a few minutes from the Dordogne and Vézère rivers.
Located in the golden triangle of Périgord Noir: very close to Sarlat and not far from Bergerac and Périgueux.
The property, 360 m² all in local stone, is planted on a 4000 m² wooded park.
It consists of 2 family suites and 2 single rooms.
You can rest and relax there (swimming pool, Jacuzzi, massages, various games (table football, table tennis, board games, etc.)) after a day of walks to discover the 1,200 sites, each more magical than the next, such as like the Châteaux of Beynac, Castelnau, Les Milandes, small villages like Saint-Léon-sur-Vézère, caves like Lascaux, rock shelters like La Roque-Saint-Christophe, beaches, multiple departures of canoes, hot air balloons ...)
Most of these sites are within 20 minutes of the property.
You can easily get to the magnificent Sarlat and stroll through its alleys, stop on a terrace, watch a street show or discover its superb medieval architecture ...
