Surrounded by prestigious stud farms, 3 km from Beaumont-auge (one of the prettiest villages in Calvados), 10' from the sea (Deauville, Trouville, Blonville, Villers, Houlgate, Cabourg) and its attractions (Casinos, Golf , beach, horse riding, cinemas, festival, flea markets, markets, etc.), 10' from Pont l'Évêque (its cathedral, its lake and its nautical activities), 45' from the landing beaches. We rent our family house (ideal for 2 to 3 families) of 200 m2 located on land of approximately 1 ha, wonderfully flowery. Bright, warm, full of charm, tastefully decorated, fully equipped for both the house and the garden. The ground floor, composed of a living/dining room/kitchen of 70 m² and a very beautiful fireplace, opens onto the garden (3 French doors and 4 windows) and is decorated with a piano. On the 1st floor, 3 bedrooms (with double beds), one of which is very large and its private bathroom, and a bathroom and shower. On the 2nd floor, a 55 m² dormitory with 6 beds (5 single beds and a 120cm double bed) and a bathroom (2 sinks + shower + toilet). In the garden, a barbecue, tables, chairs, benches, deckchairs, everything is made for relaxing. And the poets' avenue which takes you to the end of the garden.
