In a Village classified as Historic Monuments, FORMER ROYAL MANUFACTURE erected under the reign of Louis XIV, Beautiful loft of 115 m2, in front of the fountain, original, peaceful. Ideal for accommodation during weddings at Château de Malmont. This accommodation is suitable either for one or two couples, or for a family, parents plus children. (6 beds in all). In the heart of the village, on the 1st floor with a view of the fountain and the main square of the village.
On 60 M2 kitchen, dining room and living room (Alsatian ceramic stove nestled in an old fireplace). 1 master bedroom with bed for 2 people. On the mezzanine, 1 bedroom with a double bed. 1 TV room with a single bed, 1 children's room with a single bed. (the three bedrooms are adjoining). Bathroom (WC).
You can eat outside for lunch and dinner and enjoy the noise and coolness of the fountain. Make a barbecue (electric). For Christmas, you spend it BY THE FIREPLACE, with Christmas decorations.

Yellow marked hiking trail, easy, 1 hour, starting from the alley of plane trees. I can provide you with a tasting of good wines in one or two cellars near Villeneuvette.
Getting around, TGV train to Montpellier, coach to La Mosson which passes just in front of Villeneuvette, (€1.6) the route, for any destination in the Hérault. The car park is behind the village, 2 mins walk.
You can walk in the village, marked walk of 1 H, at the Cirque de Mourèze (6 Kms), see the most beautiful sites of the region, Saint-Guilhem-le-désert on the way to Compostela, the Devil's Bridge where flows the Hérault river, the circus of Navacelle, Pézenas, Montpellier, the beaches of the Mediterranean and 5 kms from Salagou for swimming, sailing, and all water sports. Access from the A 75 motorway via Clermont-l'Hérault. Pass 6 roundabouts and direction Bédarieux, the factory 3 km on the right. Arrival by the large path of plane trees.
