2 upper levels : 1 large bedroom with double bed (160 cm) plus crib and craddle, 3 bedrooms with double bed (160 cm), 1 large dorm-playroom with 2 bunk beds and 1 single bed, 1 room with 2 single beds, 3 extra mattresses, 2 bathrooms with toilets.
Sleeps: 20 adults plus crib and cradle.
Outdoor dining (2 tables for 20 person) BBQ, swings, croquet, volleyball. Ping Pong, game of bowls.

Bakery and grocery in the village. Shopping center at 12 km.

End of stay cleaning (mandatory) : 150 €
Heating (when necessary) : 55 €/day
Linen : tenants can bring theirs or rent ours.
Sheets : 16 € per bed
Towels : 2,50 € (large or small)
Tablecloths and napkins : 10 € the lot

Security deposit : 1.500 €
NOTE ON NOISE.
This is a small village. If complaint from neighbourhood on noise, 500 € will be retained from the security deposit.
