The private space consits of two nice rooms (one with a double bed + one with a single bed and a mezzanine with three more beds), a bathroom and separate toilets.
The space to be shared with the owner consists of a nice living room with flat screen television (with YouTube and Netflix), the kitchen and a large bright and comfortable terrace. The swimming pool and its pretty fresco + deckchairs, the garden of 1,500 m² with table tennis, swing, trampoline, punching ball, badminton, football cage and volleyball basket. This is to be shared with the owner and his other tenants.
