The house is located at the entrance to the Goulet de Brest, on a protected site on the coast at Pointe Bretonne.

Facing the Tas de Pois - take your binoculars - at Fort Vauban in Bertheaume, 50m from the sandy beach, you can swim, dive, jet ski and go boating (cove and pontoon).

All the rooms (living room, mezzanine, kitchen) and the four bedrooms are large, bright and comfortable.

The Les Ajoncs bedroom upstairs also has a box spring and mattress for children under 5 years old.

The double beds in the Griseline room on the ground floor and the Hortensias room upstairs are very large:.

The bed in the Amaryllis room is double but it is from the Empire period: for this reason it has been indicated: single bed for one person.

All the bedrooms have a sea view except the Amaryllis bedroom.
