Country house of character at the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail, between vineyards and olive groves on the wine route. In a hamlet without face to face, with superb view on the Rhone Valley. Close to Avignon, Vaison, Orange, Carpentras, Mont Ventoux, Fontaine de Vaucluse... Close to all amenities : shops, doctor, pharmacy, post office ...

Patio with private pool protected by alarm (9 m x 4 m, depth 1.50 m, open from June to September), fully-equipped summer kitchen and shower room/toilet. Nice shaded terrace of 120 sqm in the South including a covered part, barbecue, deck chairs, Garden furniture, bowling alley. Table tennis. Garden of 1200 m².

Hiking on-site with the possibility to visit the vineyard and its fountain, taste our wines, our olive oil, our fruits and vegetables produced on site, during the summer season.

At the ground floor : dining room/living room (TV, USB key, fireplace), kitchen corner (microwave, dishwasher). Cellar (washing machine, dryer). 1 bedroom with shower/toilet (1 double bed in 160 cm x 200 cm).
Upstairs : 2 bedrooms, each one with shower/toilet (2 single beds in 90 cm x 200 cm, 1 double bed in 160 cm x 200 cm).
In an annexe : 1 bedroom with shower room / toilet (1 double bed in 160 cm x 200 cm). Bed and baby Chair.
Electric heating. Garden furniture. Barbecue. Pets allowed after agreement of the owners. Tourist tax in supplement. Cleaning deposit.
