Individual house of character converted into a gîte; located in a pleasant hamlet in the commune of Commarin.
The 1000 m² walled garden faces west, accessible through the kitchen and the living room, among other places.
The cottage was completely renovated in early 2020 while keeping its character.

We enter through the room with a large table for 10 people.

To the left is the large kitchen, very well equipped with 5-burner stove, large electric oven, microwave, large and small coffee maker, dishwasher, double sink and old sink.

The hallway with its large old wardrobe gives the possibility to store your coats.

To the left is the living room with three comfortable sofas. The living room is very bright and the opening doors offer a lovely view of the garden and the well.

To the right of this hallway, at the end, is the utility room with a washer and dryer.

In addition, a second fridge, a freezer and everything you need to do the ironin.


You go upstairs via an oak staircase of 10 steps.

The 4 bedrooms are spacious and bright with their opening double-glazed windows.

The 'Châteauneuf' bedroom, double bed 160x200 cm, is then with WC and sink and a dressing room.
