Located on one of the two plots of La Granja which extends over just over 2 hectares, the Gîte du Bonheur can accommodate 10 people and includes:
* on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen, two dining rooms, the Saint-Emilion guest room, a bathroom and a separate toilet,
* upstairs 2 bedrooms with a double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds) and a space that can be used as a play area.
You also have the heated swimming pool, private parking, a huge terrace with the possibility of eating all together outside, free wifi, barbecue, TV,... You can also take advantage of all the outdoor leisure equipment and interiors of the Estate of La Granja.
Please note that this gite is mainly rented with the Bed and Breakfasts of Bergerac, Cahors and Monbazillac and thus forms the MAISON DU BONHEUR complex.
