Katia & Jeff welcome you to their home located near the small villages of Rochefort en Valdaine and Espeluche, 10 minutes from Montélimar. Bed and breakfast and / or lodging in this peaceful place in the heart of lush nature.

Very well located for exploring the different sites and small hilltop villages of the Drôme Provençale (Grignan, Nyons, Dieulefit, Le Poet-Laval, Marsanne ......). 1 hour walk from the ruins of the castle of Rochefort en Valdaine and many other hiking and cycling routes.

For golf enthusiasts, the Valdaine area is 5 minutes away. Tennis club in Espeluche, 1.5 km
The cottage consists of an open living room with fully equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, fridge, microwave, senseo, toaster, kettle) 3 bedrooms for a total of 7 beds + possibility 2 with sofa bed in the living room.

1 bathroom with bathtub and wc, 1 shower room with wc. Sheets and towels provided. Wireless.
Outside: garden furniture and shared swimming pool with counter-current swimming (5mx10m). Large garden of over 6000m². !! Swimming pool open and heated from May 1st to Oct 15th !!
