On the ground floor :
- large living room of 55 m² with sofas and armchairs in front of the fireplace (wood provided free of charge), desk and chair, bookcase, 120cm flat screen TV and stereo with wall-mounted speakers.

- kitchen with high table and 4 high chairs, 5-burner gas piano, oven, extractor hood, microwave, coffee machine, Cassis stone sink.
- laundry room with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, second large freezer, storage cupboards, household utensils, steam generator with ironing board, sink and food processor.
- bathroom with large walk-in shower 120x150cm, sink and WC.

Upstairs :
- a 1st bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk with an armchair and flat screen TV.
