Behind the stone and the climbing ivy of this magnificent 18th century house, we find a certain comfort, nicely decorated lounges, and a local kitchen, worked with the greatest attention. On the slate, the classics: vegetable and goat cheese crumble, monkfish medallion, fennel and saffron cream, sautéed veal with porcini mushrooms, pan-fried chanterelles with cream, fruit soup with spices.
