From its large terrace, contemplate the sea, the islands and the ballet of sailboats.
On the garden side, relax among rose bushes and hydrangeas, fruit trees and centuries-old olive trees, under the protection of large century-old pines.
Push the gate, you are on the largest beach on the island, the only one on the entire island allowing swimming at low tide. Facing south, framed by two pine woods, it offers a sailing school and a reassuring swimming area.
Each of the 6 bedrooms has its own bathroom, and for its part, the ultra-equipped kitchen under a veranda overlooks the garden on all sides. Our library with its collection of comics is open to you. The sofas, poufs and deckchairs are waiting for you. The ping-pong table, croquet and table football will offer wild games throughout the day.

The house is located in the middle of the “Grande Plage”. Well, “Grande” obviously some people laugh. 15 minutes from Vannes TGV station and 5 minutes by boat. Very far from cars and stress. An island. And not just any one: Ile-aux-Moines.
