Renovated and redesigned in 2016, this old Poitevin house has become an accessible gîte which consists of 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms with a small private garden on one hectare of land.

The cottage consists on the ground floor of an open room with living room, dining room and kitchen, as well as a bedroom and an accessible bathroom/wc with walk-in shower. Upstairs on the landing a library and games area, two bedrooms, a toilet and a separate bathroom.
