A 180 sqm luxury family villa located in a quiet, face-to-face environment, close to the beaches of Sainte-Anne, which have made a name for it with their fine sand and turquoise waters.

The villa is equipped with a water reserve (2 days of consumption) and an over-presser to avoid any inconvenience associated with frequent water cuts on the island. It consists of: 4 large air-conditioned rooms and two additional beds, ventilated, in mezzanine.

The 48 m² indoor outdoor terrace (furnished with a dining area, sofas, armchairs, sun loungers and hammocks) allows you to spend the day in the shade, and enjoy the evenings thanks to the outdoor lights!! The solarium of the pool hosts sunbathing and a deported parasol allows you to sunbathe in the shade.

Children are welcome. We secured access to the pool. On site: 2 BB beds, high chair, bathtub, beach and pool games. The decoration is neat and of high quality. The living room is equipped with a TV corner (Orange TV) - a HIFI channel and a DVD player. High-speed internet connection. The cellar is equipped with a washing machine, a second refrigerator (in the American kitchen refrigerator) and a tumble dryer.

All the water in the house is heated by solar panels. The kitchen, with its flat pass on the terrace, has a view of the swimming pool (1.50 m deep) whose access is protected by a net (removable). Home and toilet linen provided.
