This luxury equipped villa, secured by video surveillance (parking, swimming pool, grounds) is equipped with apparatus (swing, slide, trebuchet, sandbox, bowling alley, table tennis, badminton, volleyball, etc.), barbecue, lounge garden, deckchair.
Possibility to rent the other house for 8/10 people at the same time, which brings the capacity to 24 people (+2 babies). Possibility of organizing weddings, baptisms, communions, bachelor or bachelorette parties, birthdays, speed dating or any other event with barnums.
