This new construction, on 2 floors, is located in the private residence Les Terrasses de l'Oso, secured with gate, free private parking space and reversible air conditioning in each room.
5 minutes from the seaside village of Saint Cyprien in southern Corsica, you will find all the shops and activities on site. Elegant duplex house decorated with lots of charm.

Entrance on the 1st floor: A very beautiful living room, open to an equipped kitchen, with bay window with brick partition opens onto a Beautiful Terrace with Garden furniture and dining table where you can with friends or family enjoy good local products on the electric barbecue while admiring the view of the Mountain and the Sea in the distance.

A master bedroom with king size bed, TV, double sink bathroom, walk-in shower is also on this floor. Guest toilet in the hallway.

On the ground floor: A beautiful wooden staircase gives access below to two beautiful bedrooms opening onto the pool terrace. A bathroom with Italian shower and double sink. A second separate WC. A laundry room with washing machine and dryer. A blind room, serving as a game room or TV room with a BZ that can provide additional sleeping is at your disposal. A cot can be arranged on request.

What is the arrival and departure time?
Checkin (arrival in the accommodation) is possible from 5 p.m. and checkout (departure from the accommodation) must be done no later than 9:30 a.m.

However, we can arrange to change the checkin/checkout times if necessary.
How do we get the keys?
Entrance and departure are autonomous with a key box system. A code will be sent to you when the deposit is paid.

I am available 24 hours a day if you need more information.
Do we have to pay a deposit?
A deposit of 30% is required upon booking. It will be returned to you if you cancel within 60 days of your arrival.

Is there a deposit to be paid?
A bond bond will be sent to you 48 hours before your arrival. (Bank imprint not cashed). The deposit will be returned to you within 48 hours after your departure, if no damage is found.

How do you find accommodation?
GPS coordinates with photos of the accommodation will be sent to you 7 days before your arrival, by sms. Please be sure to provide a valid phone number. Thank you.

Are bed linen and bath towels provided?
Yes, bed linen and bath towels are systematically provided.

Are there beach towels provided?
Beach towels can be rented during your stay. You can make the request after your reservation in the Welcome form.

Is it possible to smoke in the apartments?
