For any reservation, a contract will be established with a payment as a deposit of 30% of the total amount depending on the duration of the stay.
In the event that the cancellation of the reservation occurs less than 60 days before the date of arrival, the amount of the deposit will be retained.
You will be asked for a deposit of 500€ on arrival at the premises by check or cash returned after the inventory of fixtures of the apartment on the day of your departure.
Minimum rental 5 NIGHTS.
Additional person: 10€ per night.
Breakfast on request at the price of 18€ per person.
For stays of between 3 and 5 nights, the cleaning price is €60.
For weekly or fortnightly stays, the cost of cleaning is €70.
Towel and bathroom linen included.
Rental of sheets for:
1 bed: Week: 30€ / Fortnight: 50€
2 beds: Week: 40€ / Fortnight: 60€
3 beds: Week: 50€ / Fortnight: 70€
Animals allowed but paying 5€ per night, 30€ per week
Tourist tax in addition at the price of €2.16 per person and per day.
