Detached house of 200 m², on enclosed, wooded land of 3000 m², with a large closed parking lot (electric gate), located 3 km from Rosaires beach. Secure and heated indoor swimming pool from March 15 to October 31 or even longer depending on the weather.
The water is guaranteed at 27°C in spring and autumn and at 29°C in summer. This rental has an accommodation capacity of 6 bedrooms for 15 people and even 20 with extra mattresses.
The coast of northern Brittany is magnificent with its pink granite coast at Perros-Guirec, Les sables d'or with its moors, the island of Bréhat, and many other sites to visit.
This is our main residence. Festive evenings with too much alcohol are not authorized and for reasons of neighborhood peace, we do not wish to welcome groups of young people.
