The bioclimatic pergola is an installation which tends to respond to this unalterable search for natural thermal comfort. The adjustable slats which act as a roof are intended to regulate ambient heat, incoming light, humidity level and air movement.

The house has:

- Overlooking the street: 1 storeroom
- Upon entering the property, a small interior courtyard paved and decorated with oleanders with trash containers for selective sorting
An awning shelters the entrance door with 1 cupboard in which the electric water heater and a garden water supply are located.

-When entering the house:
- 1 entrance with 1 storage chest of drawers and a coat rack
-On the left, on the courtyard:
1 master suite (160x200 bed) with its small bathroom with toilet, and its dressing room and a small computer desk.

-In the master suite, 1 staircase leading to a mezzanine located under the roof where there are:
2 bunk beds reserved for children, and storage cupboards under the beams
1 extra bed and 1 travel cot are available if necessary as well as a children's high chair and toilet seat.

This room has independent reversible air conditioning.
- On the ground floor, at the back on the left:
1 bedroom overlooking the garden/terrace with 1 Queen size bed (160x190), 1 large closet and 1 desk under the window with 2 storage shelves on each side. This room is air conditioned.

-In the corridor leading to the bedroom/office:
1 fully fitted bathroom with Italian shower, storage cupboards and 1 washing machine
1 separate toilet

-On the right side of the house:
1 fully equipped American kitchen (oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, etc.) and separated from the living room by 1 bar/work surface with 4 stools.

1 large living room entirely open onto the garden through large sliding windows with electric roller shutters.
