Newly restored, this old castle (Manoir de Pimelles - 9 bis rue Basse 89740 Pimelles) is located in Burgundy near Chablis, 2.5 hours from Paris and offers an ideal setting for resting, visiting Burgundy, its cellars and castles, or organizing a family celebration or a seminar with colleagues. 80 bleacher seats at the rear of the manor constitute for you a small theater stage or association meetings. Take advantage of this quiet and original place to get together and why not organize your medieval wedding by adding a Barnum (possibility of hosting up to 130 people).

As a couple, as a family, as a group, you will live a unique experience at the Manoir de Pimelles as in the Renaissance (monumental active fireplace, spiral staircase turret, mullioned window, stained glass windows, period tiles on the floor, burgundy stones…)!

Located in the countryside, in Tonnerrois, this 16th century stately residence was inhabited by numerous Cistercian knights and abbots who found refuge there, particularly during the great epidemics at the end of the Middle Ages.

Facing south and west, the Manor is bathed in sunshine all day and until late in the evening where you can grill some local specialties on the barbecue (andouillettes with Chablis, prime rib, country sausages, etc.).

You can visit numerous cellars in the surrounding area (Chablis, Tonnerre, Epineuil, Irancy, etc.) and happily taste great Burgundy wines. The Manor is located at the crossroads of the castles of Maulnes, Tanlay and Ancy-le-Franc, to visit of course.

The Burgundy Canal and the Armançon River are also just a stone's throw away, very useful in summer for cooling off.

The Manor consists of three floors:

- On the ground floor (The so-called lower room - 40m²)
New equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, stove and oven), crockery, large table for 10 or more, large open fireplace, Erard 1900 grand piano, additional sofa bed if necessary. Burgundy stone floors.

- On the first floor (so-called upper room - 40m²)
Large bedroom 40m² (double bed and four-poster style curtains), 1 additional foam mattress on the floor and a baby bed. Private bathroom with shower and WC, dressing room, office equipped with wifi, library, large fireplace, wood stove. Old tiled floors, Lozangé stained glass windows in mullion window.

- On the second floor (attic from top to bottom - 37m²)
3 bedrooms (one double bed, two 120 cm beds), an office equipped with wifi, a television with satellite replay equipment, a bathroom with bathtub and WC. Oak parquet floors.

- Elegant spiral staircase turret in cut stone depending on the floors pierced with stained glass.

- Outdoors (garden tables, barbecue, wicker armchairs)

KAUTION

Bei der Buchung ist eine Anzahlung von 1000 € per Paypal zu leisten. Diese wird nach Besichtigung der Räumlichkeiten innerhalb von 8 Tagen zurückerstattet. Im Schadensfall erfolgt die Entschädigung zwischen Vertrauenspersonen. Für den Fall, dass die Reinigung nicht durchgeführt wurde, werden 100 € einbehalten.



HAUSHALT

Gäste müssen vor ihrer Abreise reinigen (auf jeder Etage ist ein Staubsauger vorhanden und in den Badezimmern und in der Küche sind Haushaltsprodukte vorhanden). Andernfalls werden 100 € von der Kaution abgezogen
