(parking for two cars in private property optional)

OPTIONAL (type apartment 2 on the ground floor (sleeps 4) and (2 additional bedroom in the attic) rental from Saturday to Saturday or increase of 30 percent per additional night beyond three days.

LA ROCHELLE is located on the Atlantic coast. 1000 years of history (Templars seat of Cardinal Richelieu...etc.) surrounded by islands (re Aix Madame Oléron and Fort Boyard!!) the owner who is a trained skipper offers you a discovery of the bay aboard your private sailboat (10 people maximum and participation in the on-board cash register required)
