In this 150 m² gîte, you enter the very spacious living room (television included) and very pleasantly fitted out with its stone walls and wooden beams.
The kitchen, which is fully equipped (dishwasher included), is an integral part of the living room. The Lou Prat cottage has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and 2 separate toilets. If necessary, you have a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room. For families with babies, a baby chair and a crib are available.
In summer, you will enjoy the sunny terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. From there you have a magnificent view of the surrounding hills and fields.
In case of great heat, the shade of the lime tree will be welcome. Or why not take a dip in the secure private swimming pool (10x4m), which is sunny all day. The electric heating will ensure you a cozy little nest at every moment of your stay.
