The 2 Ha of its landscaped and wooded park install the Kergoniou gîte, in a green setting. Less than 5km from the beaches, ports and main towns you will find a certain tranquility for your reunions with family or friends.

Children will have great freedom to play in the undergrowth, run in the pastures or play football. Access to the beaches is quick by bike or car.

The house is spread over more than 350m² in 3 levels. In addition to the common rooms, it will offer you 6 or 9 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms/showers, 3 toilets, a large kitchen and a linen room. In the lounges you can spend your evenings around the monumental granite fireplaces.

Inside, a large playroom will shelter your children on any rainy days. The gîte is designed to accommodate 15 people…very comfortably!
The level of equipment has made it possible to classify the gîte in class 3 (see Labeling section) Telephony, internet, television, household appliances, quality of bedding, etc.

On the ground floor:

20m 2 bedroom with adjoining room that can be used as a baby's bedroom. 2 single beds of 90x200 that can form a King size bed or 2 separate beds.
Adjoining bathroom with 2 showers and a bathtub. Independent WC.
Lingerie equipped with a washing machine, a dryer, an ironing board and an iron.
“La Bien Aimée” room halfway up to the 1st floor. A double bed 140/190. Or two beds.

On the 1st floor:

Clara room. Two bunk beds. That is six beds. Room of 28m2.
“Leonie” room. A 140x190 double bed under the mezzanine. Or 2 beds.
Room "The Rock of the Thief". A double bed 140x190, a single bed 90/190 and a convertible bed 80/190. That is 4 beds.
Clotilde room”. A double bed 140/190. Or 2 beds.
Two adjoining bathrooms: one of 3.50m² with a shower and a WC, the other of 12m2 with a shower. A separate WC.
On the 2nd floor:

Room "Mary". A double bed in 140x190 and a convertible in 80/190. That is 3 beds.
“Soline” room. A double bed 140x190, a young child's bed (60), a convertible 80/190. That is 4 beds.

A large 35m2 playroom located between the two bedrooms will give your children or young people a warm space to read, play or listen to music.

Maximum number of beds: The house is rented for a maximum of 15 people, adults and children. Beyond that, accommodation must meet the regulations of "ERP" Establishments Receiving the Public. Please note, within the meaning of ERP regulations, a baby counts as a person in the same way as a child or an adult.

On the ground floor:

A 40m2 living room with a large granite fireplace, three sofas and several armchairs will allow you to have 15 seats.
Television, Hifi and Box.

A dining room adjoining the living room and the kitchen.
Large kitchen where you can also take your meals (10 seats) or have your children dine (baby chair). Well equipped with dishes, large bowls, glasses and plates for large tables.

At your disposal: Dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, toaster, traditional filter coffee maker, kettle, raclette grill, large fridge, freezer, pressure cooker.
Card games, board games (wardrobe in the living room and the games room). For sunny days: 3 picnic tables, a parasol and deckchairs. Baby equipment: 2 "umbrella" beds, a baby chair, a bathtub and a potty.

Today, 10 other beds are available on the Kergoniou site in a next house.
