A delightful Art Nouveau mansion, at the gates of Epernay, a few minutes from Reims, in the privileged setting of the city of Aÿ-Champagne, whose slopes have been inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List since 2015.
I have undertaken a complete renovation of this house and transformed it into a Charming Guest House which offers five guest rooms and a table d'hôte. I called it Villa Elizabeth, like me, Elizabeth VOLLEREAUX, your Champagne host who will welcome you here in Champagne.
In the recent past, I have happily and successfully carried on this activity as a Guest House at Château Les Aulnois in Pierry.
Welcoming everyone from all over the world to my home, gathering them around my Table d'Hôtes, while indulging my passion for cooking has been an extremely rewarding time.
In this guest house, in Aÿ-Champagne, I have the pleasure of welcoming again all those who are eager to taste the Art of Living in France and particularly the Art of living in Champagne, an astonishing region. that I will have the pleasure of showing you.
