The cottage is designed to accommodate a couple or a single person, or a couple and a baby (baby bed) or a couple and a child (convertible living room sofa).

In the countryside but close to the city (Riom city of art 2km, Chatelguyon 8 km, Clermont-Fd regional capital 10 minutes and Vichy spa town 35 km), the Domaine de Cambrai welcomes you in an old traditional dovecote and classified accommodation unusual.
Ground floor: kitchen/dining room with fireplace and outdoor terrace. 1st floor: living room with sofa convertible into comfortable bed, toilet. 2nd floor: bedroom (1 double bed, 1 baby bed), bathroom and balcony with a beautiful view of the Limagne. Unfenced land, large green space with swimming pool (available from Monday to Friday) and fruit trees. Pond. Private sheltered parking. Sheets, towels and free wood. Electric heating included. Shops and services in Riom 2km. 15 minutes from the Grande Halle d'Auvergne and the Zénith.

Rutevejledning
The estate is located at the crossroads of the North-South (A71 to the North and A75 to the South) and East-West (A89) motorways.
Located two minutes from exit no. 13 (Riom) of the A71, you are in a direct line to go in all directions. The Clermont-Ferrand – Aulnat international airport is also 10 minutes from your door and the Paris-Clermont railway line (Riom station) 2 minutes.
Directions: after exit no. 13 of the motorway, systematically (three times) take the direction ENNEZAT, turning in particular around 2 roundabouts, then pass under the Riom ring road, then cross the motorway and take just after the first path on the left, continue straight.
Neighborhood
Ideally located in the heart of Auvergne near major communication routes, the Domaine de Cambrai puts all of Auvergne at your doorstep, both the large volcanic massifs to the West (Sancy, Cantal), and the alluvial plains of the 'Allier and de la Dore, as well as the mountains of Forez and de la Madeleine to the east. And, very close by, the summit of Puy de Dôme will amaze you. At the Domaine de Cambrai, you are in the countryside but close to the city: take advantage of it, visit Clermont the regional capital, Riom city of art but also Châtel-Guyon and Vichy, spa towns or Thiers, capital of cutlery.
