Cottage with main room, kitchen-living room (including a table - pool table). Two bedrooms: One with double bed (140x200, new mattress) (+ folding baby bed if necessary) and storage room with sink. The other with 1 bed 90x200 (new mattress), a bunk under 140x190 and above 90x190 (new mattress), + a baby bed. Although there are already quite a few beds, there is still the possibility of adding a single bed in bedroom 1 and deploying the sofa bed in the main room. The whole making 52 m², with large picture window and pretty views due west: superb light morning and evening. Large bathroom with sink, bath, toilet and bidet.Wifi access.

Rental for one week, 350 € (300 from the second week), sheets included for 3 people, supplement; 10 € more per person per week. Or for 5 people, 350 + 20 = 370 €, ...
Rental for 2 weeks: 650 € for 3 people…
Rental for 4 weeks: € 1250 for 3 people…

We are on the edge of a small village, facing its beautiful castle, and nevertheless between a bakery, a butcher, a grocery store, a bank distributor and 2 doctors!
It is extremely rare to have all this so close in our very sunny and beautiful country!

Outside: The Val de Dagne, 60 km from the sea, 25 km from Carcassone, between Alaric and the rest of the Corbières, in the heart of the Cathar country.
