La Haute Barre

In the south of the Manche department, very close to Suisse Normande. La Haute Barre is an 18th century mansion, surrounded by a 4000 m² garden and an 80 hectare agricultural estate. La Haute Barre is tastefully furnished and equipped with great comfort. It can accommodate 16 people very comfortably.

La Haute Barre is a residence of character, in the heart of a countryside full of charm: calm and serenity. The granite house is located in the middle of a 4000 m² park decorated with century-old trees, lawn, swing set for children.

The property has a garage, several parking spaces, a storeroom, and a shed called "Dairy" in memory of the past where you will find garden furniture and a barbecue.

Completely renovated in 2005, the house is very comfortable for 16 people maximum:

On the ground floor: Large entrance hall, kitchen, dining room, office, large living room.
Upstairs: 7 bedrooms (5 160cm beds, 1 120cm bed, 1 105cm bed and 4 90cm beds).
5 bathrooms, 1 shower room (shower), and 6 toilets. Central heating (underfloor on the ground floor and radiators on both floors).

The house has old rustic furniture, interior doors and oak paneling in the entrance, stairs and corridors. Large granite fireplace in the dining room and wood paneled fireplace in the living room.
