Located in a very quiet area, it is just 7 minutes from the center and 10 minutes from the port on foot. It has private parking: you don't need your car to enjoy the 40 restaurants in the "swell" and the shops in the center. A large Super U with Drive is a 3 minute drive away and a Carrefour Market near the church. The market (Wednesday and Sunday) with its local and organic producers is the most dynamic in the region in season.
The cottage is on the first floor of a large old and typical Cancale house, completely renovated and decorated with taste and standing in 2019: neat contemporary atmosphere (oak staircase, imitation parquet floors, original wallpapers and assorted paintings, carefully selected furniture ).
You will appreciate its living room of more than 40 m 2, bright at all times: large living room, open kitchen, living room extended by a 16m2 terrace (large opening with partition door). The volume of this main room is accentuated by its height, its roof windows, its mezzanine and its glass roof.
Two comfortable rooms of 14 and 12 m 2 can accommodate 4 to 5 people (1 bed of 160 and 2 beds of 80 cm that can be put together + an extra bed + a baby bed). All bed and bathroom linen is provided, beds are made on arrival, and cleaning is included.
A pleasant bathroom with 120 cm shower, window and view of the rooftops, with warm and designer decoration, allows you to start the day with enthusiasm, before going to breakfast on the sunny terrace in the morning.
The open kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, fridge with freezer for ice cream, etc. Everything you need to enjoy seafood, fish and small dishes of your preparation with confidence.
Cancale is the ideal and central base for visiting the entire region: Saint-Malo, Dinard, Dinan, Le Mont-Saint-Michel and its entire bay (Le Mont-Dol, Dol-de-Bretagne, etc.). The customs path leads you along the sea towards the Pointe du Grouin: an unforgettable ride.
