You will be won over by the many characterful villages to visit in the surrounding area, the magnificent Bois de Païolive which overlooks the Chassezac Gorges and the famous Grotte Chauvet 2-Ardèche.
Entirely built by these owners in 2021, this charming, independent villa will welcome you, on 2 levels. You will enjoy an enclosed outdoor space, with pétanque court, ping-pong table, and a beautiful semi-covered terrace for meals and barbecues. The private swimming pool, open from May to September, has counter-current swimming, and will be ideal for cooling off after good hikes. Inside, you will find a large air-conditioned living room, with lounge, TV and pellet stove, living room and fully equipped kitchen. 3 bedrooms (2 160 cm beds and a 140 cm bed) with private shower rooms and TV, are on the ground floor and are air-conditioned.
The main one is equipped for people with reduced mobility. A laundry room with washing machine and dryer is available. Upstairs, you will enjoy a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and an 80 cm bed, a bedroom with 3 80 cm beds and a space with a sofa, TV and games for the children. A bathroom common to the 2 bedrooms includes an Italian shower. Separate toilets on each floor. Electric heating with 30kw/day to raise awareness of your consumption for ecological purposes.
