Upstairs: 2 large bedrooms, living room, toilet and bathroom. Wooden terrace of 40m² on pretty garden with trees (1000m² of land). Private parking.

Price depending on the seasons:
* Low season: (All Saints' Day and Easter holidays): 2650 euros per week/5500 per fortnight
* High season: from May to August 2024: 3000 euros per week/5900 euros per fortnight.

Deposit: 30% upon reservation
Deposit: 30% (1 month before) and balance on arrival.
Cleaning package option: 100 euros.
