Description
It is an independent house, surrounded by rockeries and oaks, on a fenced property. It is 800 m from the village where you will find all the local shops and local products (fruits and vegetables and a peasant shop on the farm with the owners.
You have access to the large (covered) swimming pool 800 m away which is shared with another gîte and the guest rooms. Easy to live in, the cottage includes: an air-conditioned living room/kitchen area, a bedroom with 1 160 cm bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom, a separate toilet, electric heating, baby bed on request.
All the major tourist sites are nearby. You can enjoy the pleasures of swimming on the LABEAUME, ARDÈCHE and CHASSEZAC rivers, 10 minutes away.
You will be amazed by the gorges of the Ardèche, the Chauvet 2-Ardèche cave and the numerous caves of L’Aven d’Orgnac, la Madeleine…
If you like hiking you will enjoy exploring the many hiking trails to discover this exceptional heritage; classified village… of Labeaume, Balazuc, hanging garden, dolmens.
