Description
Located at the gates of the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Natural Park, this house adjoining the owner's house welcomes you in a small, quiet hamlet. At 30m, you will benefit from an unheated swimming pool of 8X4m open from May 11 to September 28, 2024.
Nearby, you can visit Salers and Tournemire, classified as the Most Beautiful Villages of France, the castles of Anjony, Saint Chamant and de la Vigne. You can also go hiking on the Monts du Cantal, fishing (Maronne and Bertrande rivers nearby) and cross-country skiing and snowshoeing at the Col de Légal ski resort.
This house benefits from enclosed grounds of 1500m² with garden furniture, deck chairs and 2 barbecues (1 electric and 1 charcoal).
On the ground floor, integrated kitchen area, living room with fireplace with stove (free wood), flat screen TV and internet access, 1 bathroom with WC (grab bars installed and shower seat available).
On the 1st floor, the "Colombe" bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 dressing room, the "Éloge de la Folie" bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bathroom.
On the 2nd floor, the bedroom "La Belle Étoile" with 1 double bed and 1 single bed and 1 small bathroom. Beds made on arrival and towels provided. Baby equipment (travel cot, high chair, bath, changing mat, bed rail).
Electric heating according to consumption. 10% reduction for two weeks rental. Resort insurance certificate requested by the owner upon arrival at the gîte.
