Mad-Awen is a 220m2 house for 10 people with a superb view of the Gulf 5km away of Morbihan and direct access to a median and a small beach. Mad-Awen includes living room, small living room, dining room, 5 bedrooms including 3 with double bed, 2 bathrooms, 1 shower room, 4 toilets (2 on the ground floor and 2 upstairs), 1 games room with table tennis and table football, 1 terrace of 50 m2, enclosed garden of 3400 m2 and playground of 600 m2. WiFi optical fiber and good 3G/4G reception. Barbecue, garden furniture, boat and bike shed available.
All charges (water, gas, electricity, cleaning) included; tourist tax (between 40 and 70 € depending on the number of people) not included. Bed linen provided for stays of at least one week, bathroom, table and kitchen linen not provided. Optional: 1 person kayak and 1 adult and 1 child kayak.
