South of Lyon, on the heights of Condrieu, beautiful character house, from the 19th century, also including the owners' accommodation and a 2nd gite (2/4 people). Located in the Pilat Regional Nature Park, close to hiking trails, the Côtes Rôties vineyards with their tasting cellars and the Roches de Condrieu nautical leisure centre.

Arranged on 3 levels. In the R.D.C. : entrance into kitchen/dining room (fully equipped), large hall with wood pellet stove, technical room, laundry room, WC, shower and bathroom (double washbasin). On the 1st floor: left side, a large living room and 1 bedroom (2 single beds).

Right side, 1 other bedroom (1 double bed, private terrace), small hallway for access to shower room and WC. On the 2nd floor: living room/library, 2 bedrooms (1 160 cm bed + single bed on the mezzanine), (3 single beds), small hallway for access to the shower room and toilets. On the 3rd floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed).

Reversible climate control. Baby equipment and hygiene products available. Outside, private courtyard and terrace (possibility of passage of the owners), common garden with swimming pool reserved for accommodation (accessible from May 01 to September 30), parking in the property. Gas plancha and gas and charcoal barbecue.
