1. Payment Rental Accommodation :

A. A booking is considered final after receipt of a deposit consisting of 30% of the agreed price plus booking fees. The deposit must be paid within ten days following the confirmation date of your booking.

B. If we do not receive your deposit within ten days of the confirmation date, your booking will be cancelled. We will send you one reminder.

C. After having received your deposit, we will send you a confirmation of payment.

D. The remaining 70% of the agreed price plus booking fees must be paid no later than 42 days prior to the requested arrival date.

E. If the full amount has not been paid at the due date we will send you one reminder, after which you have five days in which to pay the balance. If the balance is not paid within this period of time, we assume you have cancelled your booking and the cancellation conditions apply.

F. Immediately after having received the full amount of the agreed price plus booking fees, you will receive a written confirmation.

G. For a booking within 42 days before the intended arrival date, the total amount must be paid immediately and in full.

H. A refund does not apply when you arrive later or leave earlier than the dates you have booked with us.

2. Payment camping pitch :

A. After receipt of a deposit consisting of 30% of the agreed price plus booking fees, a booking is considered to be final. The deposit must be paid within ten days after the confirmation date of your booking.

B. If we do not receive your deposit within ten days after the confirmation date, your booking will be cancelled. We will send you one reminder.

C. After having received your deposit, we will send you a confirmation of payment.

D. Since we do not have facilities to pay by debit or credit card, the remaining amount must be transferred into our bank account before the date of your arrival at the camping.

3. Cancellation camping pitch :

A. Up until 42 days prior to the arrival date, we accept cancellation upon payment of 30% of the agreed price plus booking fees.

B. Less than 42 days prior to the arrival date, we accept cancellation upon payment of 100% of the agreed price excepted Tourism tax and environmental tax

4. Cancellation Rental Accommodation :

A. Up until 42 days prior to the date of arrival, we accept cancellation upon payment of 30% of agreed price plus the booking fees.

B. Less than 42 days prior to the date of arrival, we accept cancellation upon payment of 100% of the agreed price excepted tourism tax, environmental tax. and deposit for the rental accommodation.


5. Arrival and departure :


A. Camping pitches are available at noon on the day of arrival, and must be vacated before noon on the day of departure.

B. Rental accommodations are available from 04.00 p.m. on the date of arrival, and must be vacated at 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure. Should you arrive early, you may have to wait for your accommodation to be ready.

C. Departure must be between 08.00 a.m. and 09.00 p.m. Departure outside these hours must be according to prior agreement.

D. Final inspection of rental accommodations is between 08.00 a.m. and 10.00 a.m.

E. Any final payments must be made before the date of departure.

6. Rental accommodations :

A. For rental accommodations a cash security deposit of € 100 must be made upon arrival.

B. Pets are not allowed in our rental accommodations.


7. Miscellaneous :

A. Dogs and other pets (one per camping pitch during high season) are welcome (except in our rental accommodations) if they have an animal passport and/or a valid vaccination card. They must be kept on a leash at all times. First and second category pets (which are attack, guard or defence dogs), whether or not registered in a pedigree record are explicitly not welcome.

B. Cars are not allowed on the camping in the months July and August.The car may only be taken to the place of loading and unloading upon arrival and departure.

C. Double axle caravans and motor homes are not allowed on the camping.

D. Due to fire hazard, open fires are prohibited on the camping grounds.

E. Barbecuing is allowed only on gas barbecues.

F. According to French legislation, swim shorts are not allowed in our swimming pools.

G. Diving goggles with a (safety) glass window are not allowed.

H. Installations or parts thereof can only be operated by authorized persons. Any damage or consequential loss may be recovered from you.

I. Photos on our website convey a general impression and are in no way binding.

J. Any changes in the VAT rate can be reflected in the final agreed price.

K. It is not permitted to use drones on the terrain.

L. The use of air conditioning in your caravan or motorhome is not permitted.

M. We always advise you to buy a cancellation insurance.

N. Our terms and conditions fully apply at all times, without any restitution; when booking with us you also agree with our conditions.

O. Legal disputes can only be brought before the court in Cahors.

C. Smoking is not allowed in our rental accommodations.

D. For the obligatory final cleaning a fee is charged.

E. On the day of departure your rental accommodation must be left damage free, clean and furnished as on the day of your arrival.

F. A final inspection will be carried out before your departure.

G. If a final inspection cannot be carried out on the day of your departure, your deposit, or the balance after settlement of damages, will be transferred into your bank account at a later date.
