In the heart of the village of Saint Alban Auriolles, you will find all the small local shops (supermarket, bakery) and local products (farmer's shop, fruits and vegetables from the owners' farm).

All the major tourist sites are nearby as well as many classified villages of character: Labeaume, Balazuc...
Want to swim? Ideally located at the confluence of two rivers: The Chassezac and the Ardèche, approximately 10 minutes away.

You will be amazed by the gorges of the Ardèche, the Grotte Chauvet 2-Ardèche and the numerous caves... Less than 10 minutes away, if you like hiking, you will have fun exploring the many hiking trails to discover the numerous dolmens of Bourbouillet but also the hanging gardens of the listed village of Labeaume. This semi-detached village house has an enclosed, private courtyard with garden, as well as a terrace. Shelter for 2 cars.

The cottage includes, on the 1st floor, an air-conditioned living room/kitchen area, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a bedroom with 2 90x200 single beds, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet.

A second attic and air-conditioned floor is accessible by a spiral staircase. There you will find a large games room with a ping-pong table convertible into a billiards table. You also have a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a spa bath, sauna and hammam and a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet.

Electric heating. Baby bed and high chair on request.
Sheets provided and cleaning included. You have access from June to September to the indoor swimming pool 150 meters on the other side of the road which is shared with other gîtes, guest rooms and a small campsite on the farm.
