Description
Individual house of character converted into a gîte; located in a pleasant hamlet in the commune of Commarin.
The 1000 m² walled garden faces west, accessible through the kitchen and the living room, among other places.
The cottage was completely renovated in early 2020 while keeping its character.
We enter through the room with a large table for 10 people.
To the left is the large kitchen, very well equipped with 5-burner stove, large electric oven, microwave, large and small coffee maker, dishwasher, double sink and old sink.
The doors give access to the garden, a small place with aromatic herbs is also at your disposal.
Opposite there is the double bedroom St Sabine, with its toilet and sink.
Opposite and next to it is the computer room with smart TV and DVD, old cupboard with games and pétanque.
To the right is first the bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
The hallway with its large old wardrobe gives the possibility to store your coats.
To the left is the living room with three comfortable sofas. The living room is very bright and the opening doors offer a lovely view of the garden and the well.

You go upstairs via an oak staircase of 10 steps.
The 4 bedrooms are spacious and bright with their opening double-glazed windows.
The 'Châteauneuf' bedroom, double bed 160x200 cm, is then with WC and sink and a dressing room.
The 'Panthier' and 'Vandenesse' bedrooms, double bed 140x190 cm, have a sink.
The 'Commarin' bedroom, double bed 140x190 cm has a bathroom opposite.

In the heart of Burgundy, near Lake Panthier and the Burgundy Canal, the detached house is located in a pleasant hamlet of Solle, the commune of COMMARIN.
