The Maison du Bonheur Arès - spacious and super-equipped, is the ideal place to meet up with friends or family, for a weekend or more, in the enchanting and paradisiacal setting of the Cap Ferret peninsula, near Bordeaux, of the Médoc and its large castles, between Arcachon Bay and the Atlantic Ocean ... Air-conditioned upstairs, the house can accommodate up to 9 couples with children. The secure swimming pools are heated (a 4 x 8 and a paddling pool for the little ones!) From spring holidays to those of All Saints' Day, the fireplace can be used with wood offered for a few outbreaks, no supplement is requested for heating (city gas) water and electricity (including swimming pool heating). In addition and just for you: a bowling alley, a mini golf course, a playground, 3 outdoor fitness equipment for adults, a ping-pong table, a badminton / volleyball net (with accessories)!
The dining room and its 7m long table can accommodate up to 32 guests (the same outside, but on 2 tables aligned, sheltered from the terrace covered with canisses and waterproof). La Maison du Bonheur Arès - paradise for all generations !!!
Weekend rentals are really 3 full days and 2 nights minimum: you will enjoy, if you wish, the morning house on the 1st day at a time that suits you at 6 p.m. on the last (or earlier, at your discretion) !
Finally, it should be noted that La Maison du Bonheur Arès is neither a nightclub nor a party hall! Despite its great capacity and in order to be sure to preserve the tranquility of the neighborhood, noisy evenings are prohibited, as are disrespectful and hysterical groups.
As for the exteriors, they should also be used so as not to disturb the tranquility of neighbors, especially at night.
