The entrance to the “La Boulangerie” **** cottage opens onto a large living room (34 m2) with two comfortable sofas, which you will appreciate in front of a good fireplace.

Through a large opening, you access the kitchen (26 m2), fully fitted and perfectly equipped. In the other half of the room, a very beautiful wooden table and two large benches make up the dining room.

In winter, if necessary, a wood stove offers you the possibility of simmering good meals... The living room, a real living room, also gives you access to a beautiful shower room, a separate toilet and a laundry room.

From the entrance, you can go upstairs. On the landing, a hallway paved with old floor tiles distributes 4 comfortable double bedrooms and a small, very functional bathroom with a WC.

The rustic style of your cottage, freestone wall and exposed beams, rivals the quality of the restoration. This cottage, very well insulated, is completely self-sufficient thanks to the insert in the living room, whose heat vents supply hot air to each bedroom upstairs. It also has a wood pellet heater, which supplies the entire Château and ensures great comfort.

From the entrance, you will appreciate the view of your private garden (800 m²), the park (10 ha) and the Château. You have a second private garden (600 m²) at the back of your gite, accessible through the linen room. Thus, you will certainly be surprised to see wild boars from this garden, you are on the edge of their enclosed park.
