This residence deserves all the superlatives because of the conviviality of its private terrace with a splendid view of the Luberon, its large private infinity pool with shelters to relax, its living room with decorative fireplace, its 3 double bedrooms and its space 400 m² garden.

The house is furnished in a contemporary atmosphere with the warm colors of Provence and it is splendid and pleasant to look at both outside and inside.

2 satellite televisions have been installed in the premises. 1 in the living room, 1 in the master bedroom. Note that you can also surf the net, as the property offers unlimited internet access.

Terms of cancelation :

The rental price includes cleaning corresponding to "normal" use.
The tourist tax of 4.40€/night/adult will be invoiced in addition
In case of stay of several weeks, the house is cleaned once a week (Friday or Saturday)
It is possible to use the laundry room. Please let us know when you arrive.
The rental does not include meals.

DEPOSITS:

Reservations are only considered firm if they are accompanied by a deposit of 20% of the rental amount.
If the tenant withdraws from the contract, the amount reverts to the lessor, in the event that the house cannot be rented otherwise.

PAYMENTS:

The rest of the rent is to be paid 3 weeks before the start of the stay (we advise you to take out cancellation insurance).

FEES RETAINED IN CASE OF CANCELLATION (% of the rent):

3 weeks before the stay: 60%
2 weeks before the stay: 80%
1 week before the stay: 100%
If the house can be rented otherwise, the rent is returned to the tenant after deduction of a flat rate of €200, plus any advertising costs.

BAIL:

A check for €700 is to be deposited on arrival.
In case of damage, the amount of repairs will be deducted from the deposit, the difference returned to the tenant.
