The villa has air conditioning. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, a large living room with sofa bed, a very well equipped kitchen (dishwasher - oven - microwave - fridge)
In all: a 160 bed, a 140 bed, 3 80 beds, a 140 sofa bed (excellent bedding) + an outside bedroom with 2 bunk beds. Large swimming pool with stairs (ideal for getting out of the water for children and the elderly), 2 Barbecues
2nd equipped kitchen near the swimming pool (Pool House) there is an additional open-air bedroom with 2 bunk beds (ideal for teenagers), therefore capacity for 10 people
