Located 1 km away in a charming village, SALVIAC, capital of the canton (supermarket, all shops), halfway between the HISTORICAL and NATURAL sites of the LOT and DORDOGNE valleys; close to tourist sites Rocamadour at 45 minutes, Sarlat at 30 minutes, Gouffre de Padirac, Grottes de Pech Merle...), the castles of the Dordogne and many leisure activities are available to you.
Very pleasant rental, all comfort, with large secure swimming pool (13mx7m) to be shared with 2 other gites for a quiet holiday in the LOT.
Gîte of 70m² for 4/5 people including:
- equipped kitchen: Gas hob + 1 electric, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all kitchen equipment.

We have implemented a procedure that scrupulously respects the health safety instructions in force:
- systematic disinfection will be carried out in the gîte before your arrival and disinfection products will be at your disposal for the duration of your stay (spray disinfecting all surfaces, liquid disinfectant for floor and surface).
- our cottage is independent with private access guaranteeing respect for barrier gestures.
