The owners will be delighted to welcome you to their family home nestled on a vast plot of 2 hectares. Change of scenery guaranteed!

You will arrive on a large living room of 40 m² with a large living room with sofas and television, a dining room that can accommodate twelve people. The kitchen is located in the "Sheepfold" part and has everything you need to cook and make good meals for your family or friends. On the ground floor a bathroom with walk-in shower and 2 large basins and separate toilets.

Three bedrooms are on the 1st floor, one of which has a walk-in shower and washbasin and the 2 others opening onto a large shared balcony, on the 2nd floor a relaxation and games area for young and old in the attic, which can make a large bedroom for 2.

Outside, enjoy moments of conviviality on the terrace with teak table and chairs to share meals for up to 12, prepared on the gas plancha, pleasure gardens on the enclosed 1500 m2 plot, and the presence of sheep on the 2 hectares around the gîte.

Discover the Pyrenees which has preserved its nature and from where you can do many activities such as hiking or cycling from the cottage, alpine skiing 20 mins away at La Mongie, Nordic 15 mins on the site from Payolle, exploring the mountains, the Aquensis thermal SPA, donkey rides, mountain biking, climbing 500m away,...
