What is the arrival and departure time?
Checkin (arrival in the apartment) is possible from 4 p.m. and checkout (departure from the apartment) must be done no later than 11 a.m. However, we can arrange to change the checkin/checkout times if necessary.
Are bath towels provided?
Yes, bath towels are always provided.
Are animals allowed?
We are very fond of animals but unfortunately they are not allowed in the apartment for hygienic reasons.
Is it possible to smoke in the apartments?
It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartment.
How do we get the keys?
Entry and departure are autonomous with a key box system. I remain available 24 hours a day if you need more information.
Is there a deposit to be paid?
A bond bond will be sent to you 48 hours before your arrival. (Bank imprint not cashed). The deposit will be returned to you within 48 hours after your departure.
