This house is located in the main alignment. You will enter through a double glazed door into a room with high ceilings. There are the equipped kitchen, the dining room and a good-sized living room.

Also on the ground floor, a bedroom with a double bed and a sink unit. A central staircase leads upstairs where you will find 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds.

A bathroom with bath, vanity unit and toilet completes the set. In all the rooms upstairs, old exposed beams and a solid period frame, as well as solid parquet flooring give the place a certain character.

The private terrace decorated with flower boxes and garden furniture overlooks the valley: from there, you can easily reach the swimming pool (25 m away) as well as the tennis court or the playground (both 100 m away) .

AN ALL-INCLUSIVE NET RATE THAT INCLUDES:
