All around the house three large terraces to live to the rhythm of summer accommodate an outdoor dining room and an outdoor living room, with a large coffee table and two large sofas and 4 armchairs as well as a sheltered corner which extends the veranda with a sofa two armchairs and a coffee table.
The 10m X 5m swimming pool is exposed to the sun all day and has a large beach with deckchairs and a corner dressed in veils to take a nap in the shade and an outdoor shower near the mulberry tree.
On the 2500 m2 plot, the garden bordered by vines offers a wide variety of species of trees and flowers and fruit trees, olive trees, fig trees, apricot trees, apple trees, cherry trees as well as large plane trees in the generous shade which offer a beautiful freshness on the terraces and inside the house.
