Cottage for 12 in SAINT REMY DE PROVENCE
Stay with family or friends in this cottage for 12 people located in St Rémy de Provence, in the heart of the Alpilles, with great amenities including a private heated infinity pool.
Le Mas des Chênes Verts is a large house of 260 m² with 6 bedrooms, private heated infinity pool, beautiful sheltered terrace and large private garden with olive grove.
The house is adjoining that of the owners but enjoys exclusively the swimming pool and the garden. It is located in a craft area. Private parking on the closed property.
On the ground floor, the cottage is composed of:
- Large entrance.
- Kitchen open to the living room with central island with high stools, oven, microwave, 5-burner induction hob, dishwasher, pod coffee maker, stone sink, American fridge/freezer with ice cube dispenser and water fountain.
- Living room with dining area for 6 people. Living room with large corner sofa, coffee table, large 150cm flat screen TV, bookcase, connected speaker and Marshall sound system.
- 1st bedroom with 1 bed 160x200cm, clothes rack and chest of drawers. Bay window overlooking the terrace and the swimming pool, convector fan.
- 2nd bedroom with 1 bed 160x200cm, clothes rack, chest of drawers and 2 armchairs. Bay window overlooking the terrace and the swimming pool, convector fan and full-length mirror.
