Terms and conditions
In high season (July and August) Rental price, for one week, charges included: €2000 to €2300. The week is from Saturday afternoon (between 4 and 8 p.m.) to the following Saturday morning between 8 and 10 a.m. Reduction of €100 for 2 consecutive weeks.
Low Season (from October to June), possibility of weekend rental on request, except the week of Christmas, New Year's Day, Easter and the week of Pentecost.
The week out of season (September to June): €1400 to €1900 depending on the period.
Household linen provided, agree before your arrival; it must be returned washed & ironed (possibility of charging for this service).
Possibility of obtaining cleaning hours.
Payment: 30% deposit upon booking (if possible by bank transfer), the balance 8 days before arrival (if possible by bank transfer).
Security deposit: 1000 Euros paid by check to be given at the same time as the balance of the rent upon arrival, (this check not given for collection will be returned to you).
