Terms and conditions
PRICES: Include all charges with the exception of the tourist tax which is collected on behalf of the community of municipalities, it is €0.80 per day and per adult, it must be paid with the balance of your stay.
ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE: Your accommodation will be available from 5 p.m. and must be vacated by 10 a.m. (FLEXIBLE TIMES ON WEEKENDS AND OUT OF SUMMER SEASON) Let us know if you need to arrive after 7 p.m.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit of €150.00 will be required upon your arrival and will be returned to you on the day of your departure after inventory, less any sums due or any damage caused.
ANIMALS: Dogs and cats that you are required to declare to us are allowed up to a limit of two per accommodation and for an ADDITIONAL €15 per animal per week. You must be able to present their health record. Dogs must be kept on a leash.
IN CASE OF CANCELLATION: Your deposit will not be returned unless you have taken out cancellation insurance under the conditions provided for in the contract (see below). The balance of your stay must be paid in full if you cancel less than 30 days before your arrival date unless you have taken out Cancellation Insurance under the conditions provided for in the contract (see below). In all cases you must notify us of the reason in writing and attach all supporting documents. A late arrival or premature departure will not give rise to any reimbursement request unless you have taken out Cancellation Insurance under the conditions provided for in the contract (see below)
CANCELLATION or INTERRUPTION INSURANCE of stay Highly recommended from two weeks of rental. It represents 4% of the amount of the stay. It allows you to recover your entire deposit which is 30% - the entire balance if you have already paid it (or failing that the payment will be made to the rental company) and the reimbursement in proportion to the remaining days in the event interruption of stay. In the event of cancellation following: serious illness, accident, death, significant damage to the home, redundancy, transfer, pregnancy up to the 28th week. You also benefit from Resort Civil Liability Guarantee coverage.
INSURANCE: The operator holds a Professional Civil Liability insurance contract. We decline all responsibility in the event of theft or damage to your accommodation or vehicle. We advise you to contact your insurer to request an extension of guarantee via Cancellation, the Resort Civil Liability guarantee is included.
